Neill Ovenden – CEO, Kemo Instruments Pvt. Ltd.
Neill joined Kemo Ltd in 2022 after the purchase of the company by Engineering Scientific Instrumentation Group where he is also the Chief Executive Officer. As part of the expansion of Kemo, he established Kemo Instruments Pvt. Ltd in 2022 where he is also CEO.
In 2012 Neill took over as Managing Director of DJB Instruments (UK) Ltd where he worked for over 9 years taking the business forward with new branding and a strong global presence. This work also included expansive re-engineering of products and manufacturing processes.
After leaving DJB in 2021 to focus on his consultancy and training work he developed plans for ESIG alongside Donna Ovenden, plans which came to fruition in the latter part of 2021 and into 2022.
R.Govardhana Giri – Regional Director, Kemo Instruments Pvt. Ltd
Giri has an MBA ( Sales & Marketing ) and B.E. (Electronics and Communication ) as Regional Director he is the driving force of Kemo Instruments Pvt. Ltd. and has the experience and knowledge to take the company forward and to support the growing customer base.
He started his career as a Research Scholar at National Aerospace Lab, Bangalore, where his assignments were focused on various Aerospace & Defence R & D projects in India. His expertese includes measuring instrumentation guidance , testing support for research scholar’s in IIT, NITs in India related to dynamics, structures.
His career moved into a more commercial role with Kistler Instruments and other companies such as Dewetron. Over the last 20 years he has developed a highly detailed and diverse knowledge within the Noise and Vibration field, working with Vibration Shaker test systems, analysis software and sensors.
He has established a network of vibration labs throughout India in a number of reputed engineering institutes and like Neill, he takes an active role in the education of the next generation of engineer, presenting in India and Overseas on a range of technical subjects related to noise and vibration measurement.
